How does Equipment Ready work?
Equipment Ready's goal is simple! Our main goal is to create a classified website where buyers can connect directly with dealers without transactions fees. For dealers, entire inventory for additional nationwide exposures without publication contracts, annual listing fees and per posting fees.

How much does this cost?
It is always free to post your entire inventory on Equipment Ready whether you are a small or large equipment dealer, individual seller, or banks with repo trucks for sale. If Equipment Ready contacts you via phone call regarding a potential buyer and they purchase your equipment, we may ask for a finder's fee. If buyers contact you directly through our website, you are not obligated to pay this finder's fee. A Finder's fee can range from between 1-3% of the final purchase price. Equipment Ready may waive any finder's fee at our discretion. To find out how you can qualify to waive your finder's fee, please call us @ 888-755-8782.

Who will see my Postings?
Equipment Ready markets directly to well qualified, pre-screened buyers and ready buyers through our specialized marketing program. Our marketing program starts from our online search engine optimization to pay per click to Affiliates Partnerships and link exchanges.

How long will my postings run?
Postings will remain on the Equipment Ready and other affiliated sites unless you delete it. You no longer have to worry about renewing your postings on a monthly or quarterly basis. (Note: You must remove sold items within 30 days or you will be warned). If you are unable to remove postings, send us an email of itemized sold items and we will be glad to remove or mark them sold at no cost to you.

How soon will my equipment be displayed after submission?
Postings done by you are activated instantly. But you as a dealer must verify your email before you can post. For a minimal fee, Equipment Ready will create your company an XML script, ftp account for your Excel inventory. Submissions cost is between $250-$500 depending on the file--this is a one time fee. We need about 3-4 days depending on your size of your file.

What should I do if I can't find the category or type of equipment I am looking for during my search?
Simple, email or call and we will see that any requested equipment category or manufacturer or type are added to our database right away.

How does this benefit me as a seller?
Advertising with Equipment Ready adds additional exposures to the ever increasing and competitive online shopping. Inherently, this creates unexpected additional advertising expense. Posting with Equipment Ready is absolutely free. No transactions fees, no contract and no obligation.

I use trade publications to advertise my equipment??
Equipment Ready is designed with you in mind. Others have advertising revenue in mind. They thrive on advertising fees, contract and renewals. Circulation is important as opposed to results. Trade publication advertising is becoming a thing of the past. There is no doubt our competitors have their market share. The market is getting smaller due to sophistication and wide acceptance of the internet shopping. Business owners are busy running their businesses to flip through pages of pages of unrelated listings. Ultimately, online buying and selling will continue to grow and Equipment Ready will deliver the most cost effective marketing available.

How will buyers contact me?
Buyers can contact you directly by e-mail, phone or through one of our "request dealer" form which is emailed to you. The phone number and email address you provided on the registration form is what the buyers see. Sometimes, buyers will see our phone numbers to protect you if they have not registered. Our policy is that users are required to verify their email.
